Zoe Blocher-Rubin

Zoe is an undergraduate student at Arizona State University with experience in organizing, research, and political communications. As a Legislative Intern for Representative Yassamin Ansari (AZ-03) in Washington, D.C., she supports senior staff through a blend of administrative, communications, and legislative work—bringing policy insight and a passion for public service to everything she does.

As part of the Women’s Power and Influence Index team, she contributes her research and communication skills to elevate narratives that drive equity and representation.
