Todd McEvilly is a retired software executive with leadership roles at industry-leading SaaS companies including Taleo, Oracle, DocuSign, and BetterUp, helping build and scale organizations through periods of hyper-growth that collectively generated more than $20 billion in market value during his tenure. Throughout his SaaS career, Todd specialized in leading global Account Management and Customer Success teams responsible for customer adoption, loyalty, retention, and growth. Prior to entering the SaaS industry, he held leadership positions in Human Resources, providing him with a unique perspective on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and the way people discover and build meaningful careers.

Todd earned a B.A. in Industrial Psychology from California State University, Sacramento, and a M.S. in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University.


Since retiring from corporate leadership, Todd has dedicated his time to community service as a Board Member for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Scottsdale. He also spends significant time providing career guidance and support to anyone in need. His participation in the Arizona State University's Distinguished Innovation Fellows program reflects his passion for giving back with purpose. His mission is to build a platform that helps people find maximum career fulfillment, at all stages of their lives, leveraging real-world insights from community connections.
