Sophia Bowers

Sophia Bowers graduated from Arizona State University in May 2025 as a dedicated Difference Engineer who made significant contributions to workplace gender equality research. As part of the multidisciplinary team that built the Women's Power and Influence Index, Sophia helped create the most comprehensive measure of workplace fairness for Fortune 500 companies.
