Shania Lee

Shania Lee was one of the first Barrett, The Honors College students to join The Difference Engine's Women's Power & Influence Index research team, helping establish the foundation for what became the country's most comprehensive measure of workplace fairness. She graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Honors from Barrett, The Honors College. Currently enrolled in ASU's 4+1 Accelerated Master's program in Biomedical Engineering, Shania is specializing in electrical engineering and medical imaging. Her pioneering work as a Difference Engineer helped create a model for meaningful undergraduate research contributions to large-scale social innovation initiatives.
