Rick Ranft
As the Vice President of Managed Services at Canon Solutions America, Inc, Rick oversees client service delivery, customer satisfaction, retention, contract compliance, and employee development. He ensures on-site operations nationwide provide high value to customers and comply with Canon standards. Rick created the Higher Education and Healthcare Advisory Teams, providing industry information, benchmarking, and best practices to clients. Over his 20+ years at Canon, he held management positions in Budget and Finance, Compliance and Standards, and led the National Technology and Strategic Markets teams.
Rick has nearly 30 years of industry experience, setting up and executing major outsourcing engagements for key enterprise accounts. He’s also an executive sponsor for client engagements. He holds a master’s degree in Management with a concentration in Organizational Change and is considered a Best Value Visionary for his work with the Performance Based Studies Research Group. He’s a member of the St. Peter’s University Alumni Board.
