Rick Ranft
As the Vice President of Managed Services at Canon Solutions America, Inc, Rick is responsible for client service delivery, customer satisfaction and retention, contract compliance, and employee development and success. Rick and his team ensure that all on-site operations nationwide bring a high degree of value to our customers and that they are compliant with Canon's standards and best practices. Previously, Rick was instrumental in the creation of the Higher Education and Healthcare Advisory Teams whose primary focus is on providing industry information, benchmarking, and best practices to both current and prospective clients. Throughout his 20+ years at Canon, Rick has held numerous management positions, including Budget and Finance, Compliance and Standards, and as the leader of the National Technology and Strategic Markets teams.
Rick has close to 30 years of industry experience and has been instrumental in the setup and execution of major outsourcing engagements for key enterprise accounts. He has also served as the executive sponsor for several client engagements during his tenure. Rick has a master’s degree in Management with a concentration in Organizational Change. He is also considered a Best Value Visionary for his work with the Performance Based Studies Research Group (PBRSG) and serves as a member of the St. Peter’s University Alumni Board.
