Rayna Shaik

Rayna Shaik is an honors student at Arizona State University pursuing a dual major in Biomedical Sciences and Global Health. With a strong foundation in both scientific research and human-centered inquiry, she brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to the Women’s Power and Influence Index team.

Rayna is passionate about health equity, community wellbeing, and systems-level change. Through her work with The Difference Engine, she contributes to uncovering and celebrating the impact of women leaders, while deepening her understanding of how data, storytelling, and advocacy intersect. She aims to continue bridging science and social impact in her future academic and professional endeavors
