Ngoc (Tisa) Tran

Ngoc (Tisa) is an Honors student at Arizona State University pursuing a B.S. in Business Data Analytics. As an Innovation Research Associate at ASU’s Starbucks Innovation Center, she applies her technical and analytical skills to solve real-world business challenges.

On the Women’s Power and Influence Index team, she supports data-driven research and visualization efforts that highlight workplace fairness. With proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and advanced Excel, she brings a versatile and detail-oriented approach to every project.
