Neil Urban

Neil Urban is a seasoned professional with a rich background in architectural and planning expertise. Recently retired from a 25-year career with Maricopa County and the State of Arizona, Neil applied his skills as an architect and planner to diverse projects, including managing the Maricopa County Comprehensive Plan, the Maricopa County Strategic Facilities Plan. He also served as the Capital Planner for the Arizona Department of Administration, overseeing key state projects. Currently, as a Distinguished Innovation Fellow, Neil is pursuing his long-term interest in the future of urban design to develop Z-aXis City.
