Natalie Alexander

Natalie Alexander is a 2025 Arizona State University graduate and Difference Engine alumna who helped build the country's most comprehensive measure of workplace fairness through the Women's Power and Influence Index. As part of her senior thesis project, Natalie co-created "The Power in You," an innovative video training series that educates audiences about workplace equity across five key criteria. Her research with ASU students demonstrated statistically significant improvements in understanding workplace equity issues. Natalie presented her work at major conferences and contributed to the WPI 2.0 launch event in Los Angeles, exemplifying The Difference Engine's mission of leveraging student innovation to create practical solutions to inequality.
