Lindsay (she/her) is a former special education teacher turned eco-entrepreneur who founded Sowing Seeds of Change, an urban farm providing agricultural vocational training for marginalized youth and fresh food access to the Long Beach community. Driven by a deep commitment to sustainability, Her focus is on on fostering vibrant green spaces, promoting ecological literacy, and building resilient local food systems. As a certified Horticultural Therapist and active community leader, she beautifully blends education and ecology to cultivate a healthier, more equitable future for all
