Lauren Werner is a seasoned operator with 15 years of experience building and scaling consumer and marketplace businesses. She has led teams and operations across tech, healthcare, and social impact, including roles as Chief Operating Officer at ShopShops and General Manager at Capsule and Prizeo. Lauren is known for launching high-growth initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence.

A proud Arizona State University alumna, she graduated from both the Barrett Honors College and the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, and later earned her master’s degree from UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy.
