Kathleen Adams
Distinguished Innovation Fellow
A retired Hughes Aircraft and Raytheon control systems engineer, Kathleen now works on something harder to engineer than aerospace: community health and resilience. A California State University, Long Beach and UCLA alumna, she co-facilitates a learning program at CSULB's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and serves on the board of the Lifewell Learning Institute of Los Angeles. As a fellow, she will scale that work to connect 10,000 Angelenos to the Asset-Based Community Development movement by 2028.
