Jameela (KJ) Kauser

Jameela (KJ) is an Honors junior at Arizona State University majoring in Computer Science with a minor in Business. As part of the Women’s Power and Influence Index team, she contributes technical insight and a problem-solving mindset to help evaluate and visualize data on gender equity within major companies.

With interests at the intersection of technology and impact, she is passionate about using computer science to build meaningful tools that support representation, inclusion, and systems change.
