Jacque Jackson

Jacque R. Jackson is an education leader, 100% disabled veteran, and social change agent who has dedicated over 25 years to advancing community leadership within South Phoenix’s 85041 area. A proud alumna of Arizona State University, Jacque holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (2005), a Master of Arts in Education Administration and Supervision (2007), and a postgraduate credential from the ASU Nonprofit Leadership Academy (2009).

Her career is grounded in a deep commitment to service, beginning with her honorable tenure in the United States Army from 1982 to 1989, followed by an honorable 100% disability discharge status established in 2003. Professionally, Jacque has operated at the highest tiers of educational leadership, notably serving as an Assistant Principal at Victory High School in South Phoenix. As a foundational milestone in her nonprofit journey, she established the Community, Teachers, Parents, and Students Support System (CTPS) in 2009 to champion localized advocacy frameworks.

Currently, Jacque is leveraging her extensive institutional knowledge and expanding her expertise through professional real estate training to spearhead large-scale property developments. Her ultimate focus centers on Victory Village being developed as a centralized, 6-acre Community Resource Center situated in the heart of South Phoenix (ZIP code 85041).
