Dr. Nelly Clotter-Woods is the CEO of NCW Grants Professional Consultant and Trainer, bringing over two decades of experience in grant strategy, nonprofit management, and leadership development. A recognized expert in advancing equity through funding and policy, she holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and has trained hundreds of professionals in effective grant acquisition and community impact. Her DIF project seeks to generate a statewide nonprofit leadership ecosystem that supports, elevates, and retains women of color in executive roles through mentorship, advocacy, and narrative change.
