Deborah Sawaf

Deborah Sawaf, a Bombay-born, Italian & LA trained (FIDM) designer with a global, pro-woman stance, is empowering change through education, fashion and art. Drawing on decades of experience in fashion, she has refined her passion through the privilege of working alongside legendary figures such as John Galliano, Valentino, and Roberto Cavalli. Her creative journey through her own brand, Thalé Blanc, in the luxury world has always been about pushing boundaries. In 2022, during the NBA All-Star Weekend in Cleveland and the Super Bowl Weekend in Los Angeles, her purpose came into focus. Her experiences led her to recognize the importance of giving back to mental health initiatives. Realizing that lasting impact required more than a one-time contribution, Sawaf leveraged the influence of fashion to expand her work by developing what is now the first-ever interactive Emotional Intelligence program. True transformation requires a structured and intentional approach through values-based education. Simple, universal, scalable and impactful.
