Cayla Kirschbaum

Cayla is a junior at Arizona State University’s Tempe campus and a member of Barrett, The Honors College, pursuing a double major in Business Global Politics and Business Law at the W.P. Carey School of Business. Through her academic focus and leadership experiences, she is building a strong foundation for a future in student leadership, public affairs, and global engagement.

As part of the Women’s Power and Influence Index team, she contributes strategic thinking and a policy-informed perspective to the project’s mission of promoting workplace fairness through data and storytelling.
