Art delaCruz is a mission-driven executive leader with experience across the nonprofit, corporate, and government sectors. As CEO of Team Rubicon, a $48M humanitarian organization with more than 200,000 volunteers, he led significant growth, digital transformation, and expansion into domestic and international operations, earning recognition as Nonprofit of the Year and a five-time Best Places to Work honoree. Previously, as President and COO, he scaled operations 350% and grew revenue from $8M to $42M to meet national disaster and pandemic response needs.

A retired U.S. Navy officer and Topgun instructor, Art commanded an F/A-18 squadron and served as a Secretary of Defense Corporate Fellow at McKinsey & Company, advising senior defense leaders. He holds a master’s in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas and a physics degree from the U.S. Naval Academy.
